The Club degustation is the new modernised fine dining offering at the Club that was introduced in late 2017. The menu follows more of a chef selection style of menu that will change fortnightly based on seasonal produce and availability. The Club degustation is of exceptional quality and service that promises to be a memorable culinary indulgence for members and their guests.

The Club Menu is our informal meal offering available Monday to Saturday throughout all bar dining areas within the Club. The seasonal menu includes several small and large dining options, including Club favourites such as King George Whiting, Roast of the Day and Steak . As always, the sandwich bar will be available during lunch hours.
* For a 20% surcharge on the total bill, members may indulge in a service Club Menu offering where the Club wait staff will provide full food and and beverage table service, and the table will be clothed with linen and set with glassware.
For small group bookings a reduced Club menu can be put together for a set price.
